Now the Obama administration is getting the Johnson/Nixon/Bush Administration treatment. Leaked internal information about a failed war.

All the other adminsitrations became defensive and doubled down on their policies. It destroyed LBJ and weakened Bush. It was leaks that drove Nixon to the criminal behavior that forced him to resign.

So let's see how they handle this.
