AUGUST'S FIRST SUNDAY
RISE AND PRAY

Holy Heavenly Father:

Let us rise...
and
pray.

Today in prayer we offer love and thanksgiving.
We are grateful for the accomplishments given to
us this very hour.

Let us pray with each other, for each other
in order and in obedience.

You have placed your blessing where in this place
we can pray in secret and pray openly.

Give us your mercy and grant our needs and wants.
Protect our footsteps from the lure of temptation of
the evil one.

Heal us in body, mind, soul and spirit, and too;
forgive us our trangressions and our debts.

Rise us up today from falls,..... that we may recover
in prayers.
