I'D RATHER BE OUT DANCING
There are days that are flled with frustrations for all of us. We are really caught up in the moment of having a temper tandrum like a toddler! Ranting we blow our stack and many times it accomplishes us nothing or very little. Now many doctors and professionals say that letting off steam can have some benefit in relieving stress. So blowing your stack sometimes is quite fine. I'm inclined to agree a certain about of steam blowing can cause a great deal of satisfaction. Always I think you should have control over frustration that you don't become angered to harm or hurt someone or, even to harboring on holding on to those thoughts to injury and having a grudge of evny.
If we can act much like a toddler, then you'll notice most toddlers move on to play happily after their ranting tandrums ...so then we can act a bit like that too. In many situations children can teach grown-ups a few things too. Having control over your frustrations and anger is the main thing we need to constantly be aware of.
I once knew someone who hold all their anger until end of the day, in the privacy of their own room they would let out a huge hollering scream! Perculiar as it was to observe such an act. I knew all too well it was totally helpful, because that someone was me. Afterwards, I was calm as a baby's slumber. So, get a little frustrated, but don't let it overtake you into doing things that hurt others.
This little saying came from Buddy Hackett...if you can remember Buddy... He said:
"Don't carry a grudge. While you're carrying the grudge the other guy's out dancing."
"Actually, I'd rather be out blowing bubbles...."
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooo0000..Bubbles...
"BE COOL LIKE THAT!...STAY COOL, CALM AND COLLECTED"
