Plans for transitioning a fraction of black Americans to Africa is simple in concept but complex in scope. Simply put we provide 21st century modernization industrial upgrades in exchange for Land.
During the building up phase of our own land, we deploy our best industrial staff along with our administrative staff to engulf a general operating government. At that point, members deploy to their assigned areas. Black Americans will have to get use to the African sounds of nature. Tanzania is one of the countries, where there is large animal regions. Efforts will made to preserve the general ecology while modernizing the infrastructure. Black Americans will get use to the differant fruit and vegetables. The beauty will become overwhelming when you consider Tanzanian topography. Markets, shops and market will be bustling with trade of foods from all groups. Neighboring Africans will want to frequent the markets to exchange business cards with the Black Americans new country. There will be fine hotels for foreign guests. Only Black Americans may own property of the New World. White people will be allowed to be a guests at hotels and conduct trade but may not own property.
Designated areas will be for certain species of animals. There will be a overhead rail system based on or magnetic levitation. This transportation that suspends, guides and propels the train, using magnetic levitation from a very large number of magnets for lift and propulsion. This method is faster, quieter and smoother than wheeled mass transit systems. The New World is a wonderful and blessed place to wind up. Brother Jamal I suppose you haven't been keeping up with the economic plight of many countries in Africa, eh? Why do you think the peoples of Africa are leaving the continent by the droves to get to any Western Country by any means necessary. When the economic situation hit the West, it hit Africa the hardest.
