Did you have an egg scare?
"The incredible edible egg" as of recently can be re-named "The incredible scareable unedible egg." There has been a recall of millions of eggs that may contain the bacteria of salmonella. The egg producers are being investigated in as to how so many eggs could have be issued to the public without detection. Many producers face some scrunity of practicing unsafe federal laws and provisions, and others say it's the federal inspector's fault for not keeping a sharp eye of reports on egg farms. Some commenters claim that a simple vacination of chickens could have prevented the whole recall.
However perplexed it is for many the egg(s) on the plate may be left on "please, hold the eggs!.." for a time. The really true egg lover may make just take his or her chances since most of the recall is over now and most of the tainted eggs are removed from the grocery shelves.
So how do you like your eggs?
"I'd liked my scrambled, but salmonella free; .. if you please..."

I know that's right~~ keep those eggs away~~ I was listening to Kera Phillips on CNN this morning and apparently farms aren't mandated by the FDA to vaccinate chickens against Salmonella stating that theirs no proof that doing so makes a remarkable difference. Instead the govt. recommends the vaccinations although England has been mandating its farmers and have seen a remarkable decline in salmonella in eggs. Now that's food for thought.
