Brother Rich Kigel When's The Last Time I Saw You ? It's Been a While & I'm Missing You!

Jen, I just got though writing a review on Rich's book which was published through his website. Right now he is currently busy promoting the sale of his book and distributing copies to schools but hopefully he will be back to blogging soon!!!

Yes he is missed and I wish him back here in a hurry once he's done promoting and distributing his books!

My Sister Irma,
I noticed you weren't here for a few days and was about to send you a love letter as well! I haven't seen nor heard from Earl. He's still MIA. As for my garden~~ it is bare. I do admire gardners though. What kind of veggies are you growing?

Rich has not been here since saintApe,---16 year old powder puff girls; arrived.

Earl and Craig left also and since the saintApe trash got on BIA, BIA site has gone from No.1 Hits for Subject to #6 searched for Subject

this is the Primary reason many Americans do not want people that look those negras moving into their neighborhoods.

They bring the Value Down to filthy, trifling ghetto level.

Rich is a civilized man;

saintApe trifling filth, is jungle boogey Decadence.

We are concerned when someone is missing, but sometimes we understand there may be a good reason. Hopefully, he will return.

I noticed too he hasn't been on for a while... I have his email.... Maybe I can email him to find out what's going on... and that he is in fact AWOL... the punishment can be severe... LOL

I am speechless!!! And humbled. I had no idea!!!

I can't believe how beautiful it feels to know that some folks think you matter!

Actually, the reason I haven't been around has been pretty mundane. My computer was on the fritz--I sent it out to have some minor therapy and when it came back it stilll wasn't getting me to the internet--so I had to send it out again.

Then, of course, the school year started for me--I had to go back to...(ugh!) work!!!

But thanks guys. I feel so very blessed to know in my heart that friends like you all exist in the world!

Mom, did I tell you that I am growing my own garden too? I have corn, tomatoes, okra, jalapenos and red and green peppers in my backyard. It is a love/hate relationship I'm having with the garden, Love for seeing the vegatables with all their beautiful colors, and Hate for having to deal with those damn bugs!!!

ok i am going to Liston to the ladies and see what happens to this itch ,,,,,,

Did I tell you that I meditate for two hours a day?

Actually, it is two HALF hours. It is a spiritual practice I would recommend to anybody for simple peace of mind and inner silence.

It is what keeps me sane.

And by the way--the Buddhist Pulitzer Prize winning writer Alice Walker does it as well.

It one of the few things in life that has no down side.

I didn't know Alice Walker talked/Chant to Budda... ((LOL))
I meditate as well... I do this in combination to fasting

THANKS FOR THINKING ABOUT ME JEN...BUT THAT STATE OR THE DAILY DOSES OF "MY FATHER CAN BEAT UP YOUR FATHER" BEGAN TO OVERWHELM ME AND I JUST HAD TO TAKE A BREAK AND GO TO MY GARDENS...i MA PLANTING ALL KINDS OF COLD WEATHER CROPS AKA GREENS THAT I WILL FREEZE AND CAN...AND BRINGING OUT MY BULBS TO REPLANT FOR NEXT SPRING AND SEND IN ORDERS FOR A FEW NEW ONES TO PLANT FOR NEXT SPRING.

MY GARDENS IS MY SANTUARY. A PLACE WHERE I CAN GO TO GET AWAY FROM THE WORLD. (SMILE)

...PLUS BROTHER COW does something 2 hours a day that MIISRAEL is going to teach some of us how to do it some day on the site...so he has a mind that can withstand a class room full of students so we are no problem to him when we get into the insane zone. lol
