OKAY SO...TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HOUSEWIFE?

Did she disappear with the technology of automation? Did she suddenly become a career or working mom?

I find less and less women who even say that they are housewives any more. That includes those who are married and stay home with the kids. In addition, I never hear retired women ever say they are housewives either!

I really think they have a new title.

The role of the housewife once was: Wife, mother, cook, maid, teacher, grocery shopper, seamtress and or anything tied with chores of the house. She also did laundry, ironed and well anything else you can guess. It's been too long! Housewives-- are you obsolete? It used to be an occupation, now it's opt-out! I think "SuperMom's" the term used today...ummmh...

Anyway....I was just blowing out some bubbles OOOOOOOooooo!
...Guess I had some extra time since I'm finished with all my chores. I still think I'm married to my house "somewhat"

So you know any housewives and do they actually stay home all day?
