It becomes a matter of shifting the emphasis. Currently, it is on song and dance. We as a people spend millions on CD's, DVDs and concerts. Coincidently, there has to be a creative drive to attract dollars toward the development of science tools and systems custom for our people to bring in the kind of dollar resources needed to make a differance in our people becoming major players in the realms of science.
