ROBERT POWELL,,,, PRAYER TO GOD FOR DAVID JOHNSON ! he wrote this to me !
I come boldly before Your throne of grace, lifting up David Johnson, as a backslider, and interceding for him. For Your Word says, “that if a brother is overtaken in sin, that we which are s...trong should help to restore him.” So Father, through my prayer, supplication and intercession for David Johnson,, I pray for his spiritual restoration. I pray that You would create within David Johnson, a clean heart, and renew a right spirit in him. I pray that You would also restore unto him the joy of Your Mercy – in living for You. And may You renew a right spirit within him to serve You and obey Your will. I pray that You would deal with his heart. I pray for a strong spirit of conviction to be stirred up in his heart concerning sin. May You break up the fallow ground in David Johnson's, heart and his life, take away the stony heart of rebellion and resistance to Your Word, and give him a fertile and receptive heart that is ready, open and willing to receive Your Word into his heart and life. I pray also for the elimination of the hog’s mind in David Johnson's life. Open his eyes that he may truly see himself – eating slop. And as David Johnson, sees himself, give him a repentive heart to come out of the hog pen), and joyfully return to the true and perfect. Instead of finding joy and peace in sin, I pray that You would cause him to become miserable and uncomfortable in sin. Instead of enjoying the look and taste of sin, cause the sinful things he now loves to become ugly, filthy and even repulsive. As David Johnson, attempts to live for Satan confuse his thoughts and words. I pray that You would deal with him in dreams and rob him of sleep regarding his sin; and give no rest or peace until he comes to a place of repentance and gives his heart and life back to Truth. So as I have prayed concerning David Johnson, as a backslider, I thank You AMEN!
