Irma, these are not constitutional issues, but concern intellectual property. This doctrine of the Constitution as a living document is why we have the State that we do today. The Constitution is living only in the same sense as the Ten Commandments. The Constitution likewise is "set in stone". Just as "though shalt not kill" is ignored by by our Nation, so is the Constitution, under the guise of "interpretation". A law is a law, plain and simple. And the Constitution is the Supreme Law of this Nation. It does us great harm to interpret it away to the point it becomes meaningless.
