WAS A REPORT OF SOME CARTOONS IN THE SACRAMENTO STATE COLLEGE'S NEWSPAPER OF A MAN BEING BEATEN WITH A BAT...A FEMALE TIED UP AND BEING ABUSED (RAPED)...THREE OF THE (AND MAY I ADD NOT BLACK EDITORS) OF THE 'HORNET' (the college newpaper) with these drawings were submitted as just fine for the paper under the usual "free speech " to "it is onlly a J-o-k-e" !!! social norm syndrome (nup)
