Court orders Mayweather to stay away from sons how do you think this will affect the kids ?

LAS VEGAS (AP)—A Las Vegas court has ordered boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. to stay away from his former girlfriend and their two sons after prosecutors say he hit her and threatened to beat his children if they called 911.

Mayweather skipped a hearing Tuesday before Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Diana Sullivan on eight misdemeanor and felony charges. Sullivan gave Mayweather a week to pay $31,000 in bail.

Authorities allege Mayweather took mobile phones belonging to Josie Harris and their sons following the Sept. 9 dispute.

Mayweather faces charges of felony coercion, grand larceny and robbery, and misdemeanor domestic battery and harassment.

He could face up to 34 years in prison if convicted on all charges. He is due back in court Jan. 24.
This is what happens when people think that they are unstoppable because the public treats them like a king. He will get even more money for hitting his wife because of the publicity but a normal citizen looses everything they have. He will walk away and come back and the public will forgive him and he will make even more money and do it again.
I pray that Floyd learns from his mistakes and is blessed with the wisdom and knowledge to change his life around and remedy his problems so he can do what he was meant to do...be a world champion boxer. God bless floyd and his family!

Although I don't condone violence of any kind, I have found myself out of anger saying things that I didn't literally mean after calming down so my question is: How can a judge order a father to stay away from his own children based on telling them he's going to spank/beat/whip them? That's messed up and the judge really needs to take some cultural diversity classes that will help him to understand the Black community use of words and terms. That's like spanking in mainstream America's term.

He threatened to beat the children if they called the cops about him hitting their mother. The children were in the home when all of this mess was going on. There is more to this than what is published.

Sounds like a case of "baby mama drama" to me. I would imagine that the ex was probably with some other dude in "Floyd's House"; perhaps the baby's mama told the kids to call "911" when Floyd Mayweather went to acting a fool for which he then yelled at his boys saying if they did (call 911) he would 'whip'/beat/spank them in order to send a message to them. Without having all the facts, I'd say this matter constitutes domestic violence, but not a child abuse case or terrorist case. In my opinion those are separate issues and he should appeal once his butt has been cleared of the most serious charges. How can a man pay child support in America and not be able to see his own kids?! At the very least he should have perhaps court supervised visitation.
