I think one factor primarily is Black Folks are envious. They don't want to see black folks get ahead.

Another factor is cost factors. Because it's a small business things tend to be a bit more expensive ((until the company can build clientel and a large overhead))

Factor 3... I have observed how "black folks" are sometimes looking for a handout, a deal, overlooking the fact that this is a business, they see color...

Factor 4 and I have witnessed this first hand, some black owned businesses tend to cater to the white clientel and treat blacks less favorably. I remember my uncle who once had a thriving automotive business. He told me he'd rather deal with the white man than deal with his own... With this, he would just patch up his black customers vehicles and go all out with his white customers. Eventually he lost his black customers and then lost his white customers when Joe's Garage (a white establishment) opened.

...me, I spend money with people of Asian, east India and Mexican decent , because they are the owners of the business here locally. lol(smile)

Oh, and yes I am Black all day long.lol
