ABSOLUTELY!!!

@Mozell,Siebra and BIA... if I may help make this information become more open, honest which will automatically remove all but manipulated reports on this matter as teh preferred manner of getting and giving information in America...example,

It is being left out of the equasion the fact that although due to our state being broke countless schools have been forced to close their doors...and dispit the school in your local neighbohood has been closed there are state laws tha tprevent your being able to attend another school, at all therefore student can't go to school...(things like the other school classes are over crowded/ the other school is a private school, wrong religion school, ect.)....

because of thing gang and racial unrest in our public schools many parents are home schooling their children...

many students by choice or because they have been suspended from school are home schooled...they have a teacher come to themfor a set amount of time or to bring or to send them their class home work...

and because shools can only be paid for the student's physical presence taht day (answering the roll call) the school will not be able to recieve fundings for that student that day is maybe what these kinds of calls for panic or racial discriminations are using as statistics for reports as this one. (smile)
