Bernie's Madoff son Mark was found dead in his New York apartment as a victim of a suicide. Recently he was being investigated as participating in fraud. Sources indicated that Mark was found hung to death by his father-in-law around 7:30 a.m.. Today marked also the second anniversary of his father's arrest. Two years ago his father Bernie was arrested and later convicted to life for the scandal of mishandling funds of thousands of civilians who entrusted them with handlings of their stock, homes and monentary investments. Mark Madoff was 46 years old. Many are calling his death a terrible and unnessary tragedy.
