I didn't think the article was an actual article, but more like a page out of her personal diary. Having said that, I think obesity is a problem among all Americans and this doesn't exclude other ethnicities. We need to give up the supersizing of meals and think portion control as well as getting out of the house for activity.

Most of the time people start having a regulation problem with their bowels and don't pay it any attention. You can't keep taking in more than you put out, it's got to stay somewhere in the body. That's where the phrase "you full of sh-t" came from(lol) Don't get mad with me cause I didn't make the phrase!
