TONIGHT IS COLD!
This is excerpt from a ballad from the Christmas writing of "A SPRITUAL CELEBRATION" written by
MIISRAEL

Onward to Bethelem in Judea tonght is cold..
Joseph and Mary take the journey that's BOLD..

The wind stirs....and the road seemed long..
In Bethelem soon a child to be born.

Hold on!
Say Joseph to Mary....Hold on!... She was told..
Because ...
tonight is cold! TONIGHT IS COLD!

Cold....So COLD!
........tonight is cold!

Arriving in the little town, faced with many frowns.
Joseph search every house...
for a room for his spouse!
but there.. none to be found..
Not even a hallowed ground!
There finding a man with a manger,
Joseph then lying Mary on the the ground!

To give birth!..
To the greatest story ever told...

On a night THAT is cold!
The thunders roar....AND the lightening flashes!
The heavens move...and the cold wind lashes!

Waves of air blows!..... houls of chills dashes!
Heaven gates lets out a song in CHOIR!
Jehovah is the Living Lord...The one and only sire!

THIS IS THE BIRTH OF JESUS!
THE GREATEST STORY EVERY TOLD...
but..
TONIGHT IS COLD!

COLD!....it's cold!
tonight is cold!

and..Angels blew their horn!
The Messiah is born!
Behold!
Tonight is cold!!!

"Cathin' a falling Star!..."

Blessings and Christmas Merriest to All.

Thanks JF! The ballad is quite long but I edited it to present it in this manner. It's part of a Christmas poetry play called "A Spiritual Celebration" which I performed last year. It was received well and I am thankful you liked it. The whole performance lasts approximately 45 minutes. It's very unique experience. Perhaps, one day you will see me peform on stage! I believe it will be so...

You are a regular ole Tyler Perry aren't you? Perhaps you should continue with doing plays. I know I loved doing plays during Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas as a child. Reciting poems wasn't my thing, because I felt forced to memorize but now I'm so thankful for having had the opportunity as a kid.

Yes...I intend to continue. It's a lively hood for me. My books are based on my performances and the poetry is included with my books. One of prophecy play titled
BOGODELCA! ....[bo-god-el-ca] The Highly spiritual Prophecy of Revelation.
Reciting isn't for everyone, but at least you know you've been given a opportunity to know what it's like. That's important and rewarding too.
