Be strong and of good courage,
the closer you are to God
the harder the trials and tribulations
you must go through in the beginning.

Yet know ease will come after difficulty.
The living word of God is the Unfailing love
you must seek first, for in the Living word is the Power,

The power to heal, repair, rebuild, restore,
unite, secure, protect, provide, comfort
and to give as well as to receive Love.
Turn your Lessons into Blessings.

Excellent blog and I agree with you that being close to God brings its own challenges, but its the best place to be. There is definitely power in praying and of course some Holy books refer to Jesus as a great prophet, but to others he was much more; His own disciples saw the power He had each time He came out of prayer that they asked Him to teach them how to pray (in order to receive the same type of power).

Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
