Buy food save for college in one trip

A program started in Massachusetts a few years ago connected purchasing selected food items and receiving contributions toward saving for college. That program is Upromise(www.upromise.com) . While the food selection has changed in recent years, it is still a good option for helping paying expenses for education. Check it out. I have earned a little over $4,000.00 for my son and now helping contribute to a counsin of mine and my future grandchildren. Oh, I didn't do this by myself, other family members helped.

You're welcome. It does work. Right now my family is saving toward helping my cousin & his wife. They have two in college at the moment.

If you do get a chance to go on the site, click on the "ecoupons" section. Monthly they offer a select group of products that people normaly purchase that help also save towards school( like suave body wash, Bountry paper towel, etc). This month I earned $6.00. It may not sound like much but when you combine that with 8 other family members pooling and purchasing items it adds up.

I have been a member of Upromise for years and you can earn money towards your saving for just about everything. The percentage of savings can range from 2% to as much as 4%. When I purchased my son's airline ticket, I saved. I love it.
