Don't ever forget the sad case of Amidou Diallo, the African immigrant who was stopped on the stoop of his own house by two armed cops and when he reached for his wallet to ID himself, they thought he was reaching for a weapon and shot him 41 times.

Michael Moore is a hoot, telling the truth through sattire. Government better wake. Police better wake up. Families are tired of you killing our children, husbands for no reason at all. Racism is alive and kicking, and its time for the people to stand in opposition and hold those accountable.

And, this is why I am so galad the family of the young man shot at Bart station is filing a civil law suit...that policeman has no business with his gun and his taser in the same place or the same side of his body as this goes directly against the police training for him to do this...

and, since this ruleof not having both on teh same side ot their body was made because the police had been so successfuly sued over this "mistake"(?) when shooting people thinking it was their taser was not made front and center of this criminal case is as beyond me as it will be front and center in the civil suit! (nup)
