Logic call this kind of argument (debate) BEGGING THE QUESTION...
because issues like these are so open ended or general until they can only be argued (debated) by going around in a circle. example,
1. There were people here before it was named America...and states were added long after it became America...I was born in N.C. is it legal for me to be in Ca.?????
2. People do marry who have no idea they are relatives. Are you going to search each person's s*x organs before you marry them...then what do you do with those (males / females) who have had s*x changes and so on and so forth...because some people have both s*x organs...
3. Are A-L-L children of all different faiths going to be able to say their freedom of religion's prayer in school or only Christian prayers...oops even there you will find different prayer rituals...
THEREFORE "I" WILL REPEAT, THIS IS JUST TOO OPENED ENDED TO BE ABLE TO EVEN GET IT LEGAL BECAUSE SOMEONE'S CIVIL / LEGAL RIGHTS WILL ALWAYS BE VIOLATED...WHICH MAKES IT ILLEGAL ALL OVER AGAIN...
