Operating without inclusion of race is an example of a person operating half-cocked. One does not have to admit all the facts to their considerations only they must be aware. When GE hired me about 20 years ago, as an electrical engineer, they did NOT tell me that they wanted to fill a quota of minorities so they could continue to receive huge government contracts. They told me how smart and capable it would be for me to join the engineering team. And I did not care...what mattered to me was the job offer and the pay.

Or maybe across to some of our own in what they think about the Black single mother as they warch Sarah Palin and her daughter at those kinds of rallies/ on tv...I am sure in two years these people will be over running our neighborhood places and worship like the Clintons did in proving they were better for the Black church than Mr. Obama. lol (smile)
