Hold on as I try to find it...but what I am talking about is the part of the Constitution that covers only Congress canfrom declaring war to dealing with a foreign power as in nation and not states...and it is a state(s) the BP polluted and this may be why this oil stock trade from them to Russia...russia has more oil than maybe teh middle-east so what do they need from BP who runs around trying to find oil on someone elses property...but more important these people just may have our goverment default on it loan to China and "God nows we maybe in debt to Russia...and no one wants to pay for that gulf coast oil clean up...do you get where I am going in our skin color madness???Our president has said more than once these people would allow tis country to fail just to make sure his administration fails or are they not trying to kill people in congress by creed???? @Clark, I so agree withyou 1000% on our country getting beat at their own gamebut I am still going to continue to try and find out what is going on from as many resources as possiable...but, in teh real world only disasters bring about real and actual changes that have long lasting effects.
