BAKE ON KING BIRTHDAY HOLIDAY! mMMMM...

After or, before your daily celebration routines...or if you're just sitting around...
You can take to the kitchen with baking a wonderful birthday cake or cupcakes which I have selected to call MLK Birthday Cakes. You only need four things and a little time. Run out to the grocery store and buy 1 white cake mix and 1 white frosting... 1 chocolate cake mix and 1 chocolate frostin. Follow instructions for mixing and follow it just like this:
You'll need:
2 cake mixes
1 chocolate
1 white

2 cans of frosting
1 chocolate
1 white

FOR THE MLK BIRTHDAY CAKE:

Bake 1 layer cake mix chocolate
Bake 1 layer cake mix white
Let cool...
On the chocolate layer use white frosting
On the white layer cake use chocolate frosting.
Place layers stacked together... "It's Black and White Together"
Add candles if desired sing Happy Birthday...and eat!

FOR MLK CUPCAKES:
Follow package directions
pour several cupcakes with chocolate cake mix
and several with white cake mix
Top chocolate cupcakes with white icing
Top white cupcakes with chocolate icing

[For cream in the middle let cupcakes cool fill with frosting and top cover with frosting]

It's all fun baking in the celebrating!
