Although I can empathize with the NAACP re: sentiments regarding "poll tax", I am really getting leary of the role of the NAACP these days (some branches more than others). I could be wrong, but Bro. Cook I think your suggestion regarding educating the brothers on how to re-instate their rights to vote and also setting up a fund/obtaining a grant to do so would be much better. Perhaps you should consider running for President of one of the NAACP branches. I think you could do a much better job!
