Rick Ross was spotted having dinner with actress Elise Neal at Mr. Chow’s in Hollywood last night. The two have been seen out & about on several occasions and even attended last year’s Soul Train Awards together. Elise used to date 50 Cent and Rick once dated female rapper Foxy Brown.
