@Siebra, "I" agree, but not for the cross burning but for being stuck on stupid for burning onpublic government property and not private property where it is not 'free speech'...but then this could very well be a smart move, because they may want to supreme court to move beyond the private lawns and on to public lands...we will see so I do hope you will e able to do a follow up on this.

I am always interested in any cases that has a chnce of reaching th esupreme court as 'free speech' court argument, because as it is it si just too general. (smile)
