Halle Berry Wins Ruling: Back in NYC Film Shoot

Halle Berry is back on for the romantic comedy, “New Year’s Eve” since a Los Angeles judge quickly ruled in her favor over a custody battle case raging between her and ex lover, Gabriel Aubry. Initially, the award winning actress pulled out of the production because she wanted to focus on the safety and custody of her daughter, Nahla.

However, since the new ruling, she now has the freedom to travel with Nahla by her side to New York City where the film is being shot, according to online reports. But, Katherine Heigl replaced her in the role she originally had. So now the single Mom and and Oscar winner will play a small part in the film. “New Years Eve” is about couples and singles whose lives intertwine one New Year’s Eve.
