So sorry, but I only caught this on the fly and could not take proper notes on this and just wanted to share

it with all of you. There was an attorney on tv today saying he was introducing a bill to help over come the last supreme court's first amendment decision on this church members causing such pain at these military funerals. He said he would use a law already from a past case related to this matter.

He said the the contents of what these people could not be gone against, but where and when they could do it can be limited by law therefore his bill will be to say this kind of protest could not be held 5 hours before or 5 hours after the time of the funerals and he was hoping for the distance to be 2500 feet away when they protested.

I am sure we will be hearing more about this in the future. (smile)
