AN ODD STORY: 60 YEAR OLD BIRD IS A MOTHER ..IT WAS WISDOM

Hi There!
When you take age for granted you think it's a certain age your biologolical clock has no more battery power left for bearing youngins. Not so with the oldest known wild bird in the U.S. Only there is one "old-bird" has proven that it's never really too late to be a mama.
A U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service biologist spotted a Laysan albatross to be at least 60 years old with her chick at Midway Atoll which is a wildlife refuge just northwest of Honolulu. This was the first old bird documented by the refuge to have a live chick so late in life. The bird named Wisdom was said to be looking great and has already raised at least 30 to 35 chicks in her day. Albatross only lay one egg a year and it takes a year to incubate and raise a chick!
She's brave.
Sure enough it was Wisdom at age 60!
"Frisky 60 " should be her name!... Du..ugh! !
However you may see it... it was An Odd Story to me.
Okay..let's not have any surprises I'm approaching somewhere near and around that age!
