Japan just had an 7. earth quake and have hd a 1000 giant after shocks...and yet they are doing the exact thing BP did to make usre they one day get to rebuild on the same spot as it is going to save them $$$$$$$$$billions if they do this instead of building some place else!!!!!!!! (nup)
