AN ODD STORY: WANTED: THE CHAIR AND THE CAESAR!

Police in Buffalo are on a manhunt for a robbery suspect who slipped out the back down of one of their local precincts. That robbery suspect is NOW a wanted man for theft as well. John Caesar was arrested and "handcuffed" to a chair but managed to escape out the back door of the police station with the chair and shackles attached to his arm. Buffalo Police dispersed a WANTED alert to the citizens of Buffalo to be on lookout and report the shackled Caesar and their chair. If anyone sees the man and/or the chair is asked to contact the Buffalo law authorities. The 58 year old was arrested for questioning in the robbery of a popular resturant, the Anchor Bar..known inventor of some great tasting chicken wings....
I wonder if they serve "Buffalo Wings"
