An educational law suit needed to protect our childern in teh Black community for being accused as criminals for practicing their culture in their daily lives and speaking their first language was made that ended in the teachers had to be retrained if they wanted to continue as teachers' counselors, ect. in our public schools...another reqauirement is one must ahve at least one class in a cultrue or not be able to graduate from a 4 yr, college or university in Ca.

The crime was if a Black child held their head down when being accused of someting meant they were guiilty...In our culture our children hold their heads down as a sign of respect for their elders...like if we talk back to mom we get the __________slaped/ beat out od us.lol

As "I" always put down on pendalty of law what is my first language, I put Ebonics. (smile) Let them go get trained in Ebonics is not slange. (smile)
