We all know how a president- governor can change laws against convicted criminals as they leave office. well as governor Arnold S. violated our state law when he cut in half a prison sentance of one of his political friends for murder...he is required by our state law to notify the family of the young man murdered's family that he wa s going to do this but he did not do this...

the time in between this law suit being filed by the family against our former governor was their trying to figure out to file in criminal or civil court...and as it was only after all of this deciding on criminal court does the Kennedy name, political brand must be protected by any means necessary...
