WASHINGTON -- Newt Gingrich's catastrophic first week as an official Republican primary candidate may knock him out of the race before it even gets started. And if he stays in, fundraising will now be much more difficult, and that could hasten his exit, Republican sources said. The former House Speaker from Georgia's once biggest advantage over other long shot candidates -- an established fundraising network -- is withering before his eyes.

The GOP is a joke for 2012 unless they come up with some real Heavy Wgts or Contenders to run against the present Incumbant who is gaining more and more since the "kill" of the Late OSAMA.

@Jen, what I fail to understand about the right-wingers is their devotion to their "talking points" example,

If you run on agreeing with this Paul Rand plan then you are sure to loose the election you ae running in. If you don't run on the Paul Rand plan then the party is going to throw you out of teh running. Sounds like a loose, loose political stratagy to me, but they did win in Nov. by getting the voters to vote against their own best interest.(smile)
