POLICE BRUTALITY WATCH: HOMELESS MAN IN WHEELCHAIR SLAMMED TO THE GROUND

This man is homeless, wheelchair bound...from what I see he posed no threat to these officers. The impeachment act should be enforced on these cowards!!!

The two police officers who were caught on surveillance video pulling him out of his chair because he resisted arrest didn't face charges. The Department Of Justice found that there was insufficient evidence to charge the officers, even after they reviewed training records, video, medical reports and accounts from eyewitnesses.
