Interesting Jen. I'm not sure I get it though. Partly because I had trouble hearing the dialogue. Maybe if I watch it again...

Oh that's too, bad. She's absolutely fabulous!

Oh I could watch her all day long! But whether it was just these tinny speakers on my netbook or whatever, I missed much of the dialogue. Unfortunately my other computer (with decent speakers) has been packed up. But I am going to to watch this again and I'm sure I will understand the plot better the second time around.

And thanks for posting it!

You're welcome. Let me know if you need me to interpret because her accent is a bit "thick".

Steve Williams Thursday, June 2nd 2011 at 7:41PM

Sister Jen, their accent sounds like a French accent. Is that the national language? But honestly, my main problem was in what was the dream part and what the real part. And at the end Stanley is not gone (or however it was put) and no part 2? But the best movies are the ones that make you think and need to watch more than once...

Brother Steve,
Are you kidding me? That's a Lagos accent straight from Lagos, Nigeria. They were colonized by the Brits, but gained their Independence in Oct 1960. I don't know about the movie, I started watching but having had time to go beyond the 40 minute segement when she's with the artist. I'll have to find time to watch the rest. You are too, cute. I'll have to check for part 2. I'll keep you posted. I love Nigerians and Nigerian movies!!

Oh I'm sorry if I spoiled it for you telling you the end. I thought you had seen the whole thing.

Jen Fad Monday, June 6th 2011 at 8:00PM

No worries. I can watch these movies anytime and several times over. You didn't spoil a thing!

Steve Williams Monday, June 6th 2011 at 10:05PM

Let me know when you've seen it all. I'll definitely be watching it a second time?

Steve Williams Monday, June 6th 2011 at 10:07PM

No question mark, don't know how that got in there.
