Obama Overruled 2 Top Lawyers on War Power in Libya

President Obama rejected the views of top lawyers at the Pentagon and the Justice Department when he decided that he had the legal authority to continue American military participation in the air war in Libya without Congressional authorization, according to officials familiar with internal administration deliberations.

Yep, that's his training as a lawyer and his teaching Constitutional law coming into the play which should go to show people that he wasn't just a community organizer! (Lol)

"I" know it is impossiable for some to come out of denial that president Obama is a dictator! Or just take time to educate themselves in the POWERS of our Constution granted to EXECTIVE ORDERs / POWERS ...but this would have Truth and Facts into some people's lives and taht is a no, no. lol(smile)

And, if B.L. is not dead then his organization has hit a master stroke in dumbing down those who want to put him is prison or give him death by American government, by getting a new leader for themself as they have just done. loooooooooooooooooooooooool...
