Tice Davids DJ and Internet Mogul
Tice Davids is an international DJ, Music Producer, Entertainment Entrepreneur and has more recently been dubbed the Black Internet Guru.
I was doing research on Internet Moguls the other day and decided to focus on Black Internet Moguls in particular. Of course, I came across the popular ones like 50 Cent, Diddy, and Russell Simons. However, I discovered someone new in Tice Davids. I was amazed to find out that this guy has over 500 websites in operation and plans for 1,000 more in 2012.
WOW! I was further amazed to find out that his websites alone are generating more than 45 million a year. So one has to wonder how come there's not much more written and covered on Tice. I understand that the African American businessmen and women sometimes go unrecognized. Yet, this type of accomplishment is worthy of note for aspiring African American internet entrepreneurs.
I googled Tice Davids and found a story of a slave that was from Kentucky and escaped from his masters crossing into Ohio. I found it ironic that the Tice Davids internet mogul was born in Ohio. Could they be related? I don't know but I will continue to try and get an interview with Tice to find out more. Stay Tuned
