Jeroboam fought for his people

This week's discussion revolves around the character of Jeroboam, the first king of the Kingdom of Israel. We will learn what is the meaning of his name, and how he fought for his people’s rights. We will learn how Jeroboam tried to create new customs for his people. Please read 1 Kings 11-12 in order to be prepared for the lecture.
