Black Man Jokes With Harlem to Get Real on Race
Robert Pinderhuze took a camera out to the streets of Harlem to try to find out why “people think the way do and hold prejudices the way they hold them.” He interviews a black man who says everything in his house is black because he doesn’t trust white people, talks to Jewish residents about Jewish jokes, and asks a white guy about white stereotypes.
The video is published by Blackline.tv, a group that thinks America’s biggest obstacle in talking about race is that people are simply too afraid to do it. But with their smart satire, it almost seems easy.
I've heard it all. Those Jewish guys were hilarious when they said, "Black Jews have the best of both worlds." Hilarious clip and thanks for posting. The Black man with all Black stuff in his house was a trip (and a HALF), too! He didn't get it when the guy was quoting stuff from Dr. Seuss' book series, The Cat in the Hat (Green Eggs & Ham) . My little one love that book. ((LOL))
