Tough case.

I hope she succeeds in her civil lawsuit. Clearly, she was assaulted. There is no way on God's Green Earth that such a quick and one-sided s*xual encounter could piossibly have been consensual. It is absurd to even consider it.

However, the only thing missing was actual evidence.

Quite to the contrary... there is evidence according to her attorney(s) from the rape exam and Strauss-Kahn's other victims have been contacted (and want to come forward). There has to be mounting evidence against Strauss-Kahn for his attorneys to want to meet with Diallo (I think it was to ask her to drop her civil case and agree to be paid a settlement instead.) Knowing what I know about African born women, that will never happen!!! She may have twisted the truth in order to come to America, but no African woman that I've met would even bother to come forward unless she felt insulted, humiliated, and VIOLATED. That is what I know about African women.

Strauss-Kahn Indictment Dismissed by Judge

A judge formally ordered the dismissal of all criminal charges against Dominique Strauss-Kahn on Tuesday, but he said his order would be stayed until an appellate court decides whether a special prosecutor should be appointed.

Prosecutors in the office of Cyrus R. Vance Jr., the Manhattan district attorney, told Justice Michael J. Obus of State Supreme Court in Manhattan that they could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt because of serious credibility issues with the hotel housekeeper who had accused Mr. Strauss-Kahn of s*xually assaulting her as she entered his suite to clean it.

You just have to get in the last word / laugh, don't you? Depart of H.S. has decided that its not going to deport people who have no serious criminal offenses or history.
