Steve Jobs Resigns: Apple CEO Stepping Down
As Reuters reports and Apple has confirmed, Apple CEO Steve Jobs is stepping down from his leadership position. Apple's Board of Directors has named Tim Cook the company's new CEO. Jobs has been elected Chairman of the Board. "I have made some of the best friends of my life at Apple, and I thank you all for the many years of being able to work alongside you," Jobs wrote in his resignation letter.
