Millions sat it dark across California, Arizona and Mexico as a major blackout of eletricity effected across these states. The blackout was caused when two reactors were off-line. It was said to be a result of human error. The outage effect San Diego, California all away across to Tijuana, Mexico. Sources stated that the blackout begin around 4 p.m. on Thursday. When a transmitter line between Arizona and California was disrupted, it cut the flow of imported power into the most southern portion of California, officials said. With such hugh number of power loss it will take some time to restore power to the millions effected. Most of cities in the dark experienced traffic and travel problems and commutes where halted. Some reported that heat was unbearable. The accidentidental shut down was caused when the employee was switching out some equipment that was problematic.
