Many celebrate recognition of their grandparents and if you're one of them don't forget Grandparents Day is recognized on Sunday, September 11, 2011.

The secular holiday begin in the United States in 1978 and is offically celebrated in several countries around the world. Cards, letters, baloons and special dinners can assist you in remembering your grandparents. For those whose grandparents are no longer with them can have a moment of memorial thoughts for them.
Grandparents are a blessing!!

Hi Denise! Aren't grandparents special? I remember mine on my father's side of the family. I was only four and five when they departed life. I wished I'd known them more, but I still have a few slight but vague memory of them both.
