Hello to All,
If you all have the intelligence to acknowledge that Black Americans are subjugated people and has always been since we are descendents of slaves you all would realize that what Mr. Akindele Akinyemi is saying is and without foundation.
Mr. Akindele Akinyemi compares the success of the Italians, Jewish and Arabs to that of Black Americans. However, Black Americans did not start out life as a free and sovereign people as the Italians, Jews and Arabs did. The Italians, Jews and Arabs were not slaves and they all have a country of their own. White America allow these other people to come to America to do better, but Black Americans were bred here in White America as slaves so that White Americans could become rich and powerful as White America has. In the process Black Americans have lost their bearings that we do not want to be a sovereign free people having a fertile and reasonable portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders that is now being offered to us by God. No different than what God did for the children of Israel when they were in bondage in Egypt 4000 years ago.
Black Americans do not control anything. Rather, Black Americans are being controlled and that's why I say we are still a subjugated people whining and complaining about everything.
@Siebra, you say that Mr. Akindele Akinyemi is wrong because there aren't enough Black entrepreneurs to reduce the high rate of Black Unemployment. You are correct. Not enough Black entrepreneurs factors into the equation that makes our situation even worse. It is apparent that our only permanent solution is that we must desire to become a sovereign people that we could control our own destiny and be responsible for ourselves. It must all first start with me as everything for the children of Israel first started with Moses, am I right. Am I making sense?
@ Gordon and Dorothy, they both think they are part of White America. So, they do not realize that Black Americans are a subjugated people. Black Americans are the only race of people in modern-day times with out a country of our own that we could have our hands on our own destiny. The solution to their argument is that Black Americans must become a sovereign people. Does that make any sense to either one of you?
@Irma, as usual she always goes off track. We are not talking about President Bush and the wars. We are talking about the high rate of Black unemployment and what could be done about it. Black America's only permanent solution is that we must desire to become a sovereign people on a reasonable and fertile portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders that we would have no one to blame for our failures except ourselves and we would have no one to reward for our games when we are successful but ourselves. Our success as a sovereign people is guaranteed by God. Am I making any sense?
@Burton, I sympathize and feel your frustrations. Again, our success does not lie in White America. Our future lies in our desire to become a sovereign people. As a sovereign people we have no one to blame for our ups and downs. We have constantly been whining and complaining since our existence for the past 500 years. We have been whining and complaining about everything across-the-board. Again, our only permanent solution is that we must desire to become a sovereign people to have our hands on our own destiny. The problem with you all is that you all think that what I am saying is impossible because you feel White America is invincible and our desire to be sovereign on a portion of what is now their land is a hopeless dream for Black Americans. But I tell you that White America will be hard-pressed but they will be happy that their once slaves are now sovereign living right across the border from them and thriving.
