OLYMPIC CHAMP CARL LEWIS OFF AND RUNNING FOR NEW JERSEY STATE SENATE

One of the most impressive things about Carl Lewis is that he rose to the top of his field at the time when his competition was juicing up with illegal drugs. To his credit, he remained clean--a purem hard working and disciplined athlete.

When his athletic career was over, he continued to be an ambassador for his nation by motivating the young. He served as a volunteer at his high school in New Jersey. To me, that says it all.

Irmna--that New YOrk guy, Jimmy MacMillan was a joke candidate.

Carl Lewis is real. He is substantial. He has cred. He has already accomplishedc more in his life than most politicians at any level. I would love to see him build up his political resume and maybe even run for US Senate someday.

He is definitely one cool dude!!!

I do hope C.L. gets to do a lot of tv interviews as it is going to be so good to see a fresh and refreshing out look on politics. I am sure he will be focused on our youth which is a good thing. He sure is a great role model for them both females and males. (smile)

"I" believe we as voters are at long last ready for those who get our attention withcommon sense humor and those like Mr. Lewis who are experts on local issues as well as that spirit of if I work hard, get my education and be a responsible as well as none criminal actions then I can bring all of this to Washington as the C-H-A-N-G-E government law maker. (smile)

RIGHT NOW WE ONLY HAVE MAINLY THE BEST LAW MAKERS THAT LOBBY MONEY CAN BUY. (nup)
