ROKE SENDING MESSAGES OF FLOODING TO TOKYO

A strong typhoon called Roke had called urgent evacuation to over 1 million of citizens of Tokyo and in the major city of Nagoya, however the warning was lifted when waters began to recede.. The plunging rains and heafty winds are sending out a flooding message with it's deep rains which will cause waters rising over the city. Tokyo has urged that saftey is more important that staying to fight through the typhoon's anticipated devastions. Factories and businessess and many communtes will be shutting down as waters rises and winds continue to reach in high volicity. At least four deaths were reported according to the latest sources.
