My main problem with this Troy Davis has to do with something not seen over and over as even related to tis case at all...
It seem the Supreme Court entered into tis death pendalty case to ask a Judge locally there in tis district to look into the witness recanting their statements...all of the witness would say they had lied, but not one would say this under oath therefore the Judge could not order a retrial based on the refusal of the witness to say this under oath.
And, on top of this comes the last words of Troy Davis himself...but I still believe that this case will bring about change in our not seeing taht be it THOU SHALL NOT KILL OR THOU SHALL NOT MURDER, BE IT BY A CITIZEN OR OUR GOVERNMENT IT STILL MEANS TEH LIFE OF A FELLOW HUMAN BEING MUST BE TAKEN NO MATTER THE WORDINGS OR THE EXCUSES FOR ACCOMPLISHINAG THIS...(N...U...P)
