I RAISED MY ARMS

To
touch a chocolate brown skin...

I saw beautiful
and
the eyes in a face like
shimmering gold pools of
of lovely.

This stare t'was long..
deep, penetrating, piercing.
The depths of my heart did bleed!

If I looked elsewhere..
your bold face was light.

So..
I raised my arms to receive you.
The supper in front of me I did partake
thinking thoughts of eternity.

When you called me in the thunders..
afar...
I am myterious to love you.
